These Terms & Conditions constitute the legal agreement between you and bdgog governing your use of the platform. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any bets or wagers. One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold exactly one active account on bdgog. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — regardless of the payment method, device, or identity used — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
Accurate Information Required
All registration details, including full name, date of birth, and contact information, must be truthful and accurate. bdgog reserves the right to request supporting documentation (such as a National Identity Card) to verify the information provided at any time.
BDT Transactions Only
All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on bdgog are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported deposit and withdrawal channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfer options. No foreign currency transactions are processed directly on the platform.
Account Security Is Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdgog username and password. bdgog will never ask for your password via email or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed authorised by you unless you report a security breach immediately.
Terms May Be Updated
bdgog reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the platform. Continued use of bdgog following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out in the table below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise. Singular forms include the plural and vice versa. References to "writing" include electronic communications.

Who Can Play
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the bdgog platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. Failure to meet any of these criteria disqualifies an individual from holding a valid bdgog Account.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or participate in any promotion on bdgog. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. bdgog takes underage gambling prevention seriously and employs both automated and manual controls to detect and remove underage users from the platform.
Geographic Eligibility
bdgog is designed for and primarily serves players resident in Bangladesh. By registering an Account, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited for you personally. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing bdgog is lawful in your specific location. bdgog makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction outside its primary market.
Additional Eligibility Criteria
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity).
- You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of bdgog or any of its affiliated game providers, payment processors, or technology partners.
- You must not be an immediate family member living in the same household as any of the above.
- You must not have a prior Account that was suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of Bangladesh.
Getting Started
Account Registration — Rules & Obligations
To access the full range of bdgog's betting and gaming products, you must complete the account registration process and provide accurate personal information. The following rules govern the creation and maintenance of your bdgog Account.
Registration Process
Registration requires you to provide a valid mobile number or email address, a chosen username, a secure password, your full legal name, and your date of birth. You may also be asked to provide your district of residence within Bangladesh. All information provided must be accurate, current, and truthful at the time of registration and must be updated promptly if it changes.
One Account Policy
Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) active Account on bdgog at any time. Opening or attempting to open a second Account — whether under the same or a different identity, device, payment method, or IP address — is a material breach of these Terms. bdgog uses a combination of technical fingerprinting, payment-method matching, and manual review to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are detected, all associated Accounts may be suspended, balances forfeited, and bonuses cancelled.
Account Security
You are responsible for selecting a strong, unique password for your bdgog Account and for keeping that password confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bdgog strongly recommends enabling two-step device verification, available in Account Settings, for an additional layer of protection. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bdgog's support team immediately via live chat or at [email protected].
Accurate Personal Data
bdgog is required to maintain accurate records of its members for responsible gaming and payment processing purposes. If the name on your bdgog Account does not match the name registered to your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay mobile banking account, withdrawals may be delayed or declined pending verification. It is your responsibility to ensure consistency across all registered details.
Account Inactivity
An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bdgog reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of up to ৳100 per month to inactive accounts, deducted from the remaining Account balance, after providing 30 days' notice. If the Account balance reaches zero and the Account remains inactive, bdgog may close the Account. Members may reactivate their Account at any time by logging in and contacting support.
Financial Transactions
Deposits & Withdrawals — Payment Policy
All financial transactions on bdgog are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the supported local payment channels. The following terms govern deposits into and withdrawals from your bdgog Wallet.
Supported Payment Methods
bdgog currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, and select Visa/Mastercard card transactions. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. The most current list of active payment options is displayed in the Finance / Wallet section of your Account.
Deposit Rules
- The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200.
- The maximum single deposit amount via mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳50,000 per transaction, subject to the limits imposed by your mobile banking provider.
- Deposits are credited to your bdgog Wallet upon confirmed receipt of funds. Mobile banking deposits are typically credited within 60 seconds.
- Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed.
- bdgog does not charge a deposit fee. However, your mobile banking provider may apply its own transaction charges — please check with your provider.
- Deposited funds may not be withdrawn before being used for at least one wager, unless bdgog's support team determines otherwise on a case-by-case basis.
Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your bdgog Account.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes for mobile banking channels during normal operating hours (BST).
- Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 business days to clear, depending on the receiving institution.
- bdgog reserves the right to request KYC verification before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.
- Withdrawals of Bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from wagering bonus funds, once the applicable wagering requirement is met, are withdrawable.
- bdgog reserves the right to limit or delay a withdrawal pending a security or compliance review. In such cases, the support team will contact you via the registered email or mobile number on your Account.
Promotions
Bonus & Promotion Terms
bdgog offers a range of promotions including deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal campaigns (such as BPL season specials, Eid promotions, and Pohela Boishakh offers). All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out below in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented.
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. New-member welcome bonuses are available once per person and once per household, IP address, device, or payment method.
- bdgog reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
- Bonuses will be credited to your Account Wallet in a separate Bonus Balance. This Bonus Balance is subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be transferred to your withdrawable Cash Balance.
- Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for bdgog deposit bonuses is 20x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳2,000 bonus requires ৳40,000 in total qualifying wagers before winnings are released.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the promotion's individual terms. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from your Account at the expiry of this period.
- Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sportsbook bets (including cricket, football, and kabaddi) typically contribute 100%. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10–25%. The specific contribution rates for any active promotion are displayed in the promotion's detail page.
- bdgog reserves the right to void bets and withdraw bonus funds if it reasonably determines that a Member has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk.
Free Bet Terms
Free bets are single-use credits applied to a qualifying bet. Winnings from a free bet are credited to your Cash Balance; the free bet stake itself is not returned. Free bets must be used within the validity period specified in the offer — typically 7 days from the date of crediting — and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gameplay
Betting & Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to all wagers placed on the bdgog platform, covering sports betting, live casino, slots, instant games, and Playtech Live tables.
Sports Betting
All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for domestic cricket fixtures, the International Cricket Council for international matches, the Bangladesh Premier League governing body for BPL fixtures). In the event of a dispute, bdgog's settlement decision — based on official data feeds from certified data providers — is final.
- Bets placed after the official start time of an event are void unless explicitly offered as in-play (live) markets.
- Minimum single sports bet: ৳50.
- Maximum single sports bet limits vary by market and event and are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement.
- In the event of a match abandonment, suspension, or postponement, individual market rules apply. Generally, cricket matches postponed by more than 48 hours from the original scheduled start will have all pre-match bets voided and stakes returned.
- bdgog reserves the right to suspend a market and void bets if it has reasonable grounds to suspect match irregularities or integrity concerns.
Casino & Live Dealer Games

No obligation arises from an erroneous payment; any funds credited to your Account as a result of a manifest error must be returned to bdgog upon request.
What Is Not Allowed
Prohibited Conduct — Restricted Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdgog platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potentially legal action.
- Underage access: Accessing the platform while under 18 years of age, or facilitating access by a minor.
- Multiple accounts: Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account, whether under your own identity or a third party's.
- False identity: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information, or impersonating any other person.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting to exploit a bonus structure.
- Bonus abuse: Using systematic low-risk betting patterns, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated multi-account activity to extract value from bonus offers without genuine risk exposure.
- Money laundering: Using the bdgog platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of disguising the origin of money obtained through illegal means.
- Hacking or interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to bdgog's systems, databases, or other users' accounts; introducing malware, bots, or scraping tools; or manipulating game software.
- Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate deposits with your payment provider after using the funds on the platform. Chargeback fraud will result in immediate Account closure and debt recovery proceedings.
- Market manipulation: Placing bets based on knowledge obtained through corrupt means, including inside information relating to sporting event outcomes.
- Automated betting: Using bots, automated scripts, or any non-human interface to place bets on the platform without express written permission from bdgog.
Ending the Relationship
Account Suspension & Closure
Either you or bdgog may close your Account at any time, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Closure by You
You may request the closure of your bdgog Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Prior to closure, you should withdraw any remaining Cash Balance. bdgog will process Account closure requests within 5 business days (BST). Active bonuses and associated wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion
If you wish to close your Account for responsible gaming reasons, please indicate this clearly when contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and result in the Account being locked against any new login. Closure or Suspension by bdgog
bdgog may suspend or close your Account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
- Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or money-laundering activity.
- Receipt of a chargeback on any deposit transaction.
- Account inactivity beyond the period specified in the Account Registration section.
- A court order, regulatory direction, or legal obligation requiring Account closure.
In cases of closure due to a breach of these Terms, bdgog reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, the net withdrawable balance will be returned to the payment method on file within a reasonable timeframe.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from your use of the bdgog platform should first be addressed by contacting the support team, who will attempt to resolve the matter within 10 business days. bdgog's decision on any dispute relating to bet settlement, bonus calculation, or Account status is final, subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, bdgog's total liability to any Member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability. bdgog is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses, including loss of winnings due to platform downtime, connectivity issues, or third-party payment processor failures.
