You may set limits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). For example, you might set a daily limit of ৳2,000, a weekly limit of ৳8,000, and a monthly limit of ৳20,000. Once any limit is reached, the system will block further deposits for that window — regardless of your payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer, or otherwise).

Changing Your Limits

Reducing a limit takes effect immediately — the new lower ceiling is enforced the moment you save the change. This is by design: if you decide you need to spend less, that decision is honoured right away with no waiting period.

Increasing a limit, on the other hand, requires a 7-day cooling-off period before the higher limit takes effect. During those 7 days, your existing (lower) limit remains in force. This delay exists to protect members from impulsive decisions made during a high-stakes gambling session. You may cancel a pending limit increase at any time during the 7-day window.

Loss Limits & Wager Limits

What Happens During a Time-Out

When a time-out is active, your account is suspended in the same way as a self-exclusion: no login, no deposits, no wagers, and no marketing communications. Unlike a full self-exclusion, a time-out is a temporary measure and your account history, wallet balance, and preferences are preserved for when the period ends.

A time-out cannot be cancelled or shortened once it has been activated. This is a deliberate design decision — the value of a cool-off period comes precisely from its non-negotiability. If you set a 7-day time-out on a Saturday evening, your account will remain suspended until the following Saturday, regardless of how you feel by Wednesday.
